Organic Huckleberry Gold Potatoes, 1lb

Huckleberry Gold potatoes are round to oval with purple skin and golden yellow flesh. They are high in antioxidants and have a lower glycemic index (lower in carbohydrates) than other potatoes. They are a great substitute for Yukon Gold potatoes, with greater health benefits! They are rich in flavour with a buttery taste.

They are great in salads. When roasted at high heat they are crispy on the outside and creamy inside.
