Sage Derby is similar in taste to a mild cheddar but when speckled with the aromatic herb sage, the cheese takes on a delightful savoury flavour.
Red Leicester has a nutty taste and firm texture with an orange colour, and is one of our most loved cheeses.
The cheddar is a firm, smooth bodied, full flavoured mature cheese which has been graded for texture and taste.
