Q: How do I customize my basket?
A: To customize your basket login and click on the “customize basket” tab in your account page. Then click on ‘customize” next to the basket you’d like to make changes to. For any items you don’t want, select an option from the drop down menu beside it, and when you’re done, click on “customize basket”.
To see your customizations afterwards, click on “view customization details”. The video below shows you how to customize step by step:
Q: How do I add items from the market?
A: To add products to your order from the market first click on “login” at the top left of the screen. Login with your username and password and then click on the menu tabs to view the different grocery categories. You can click on “add to cart” or click on the item name or picture for more information about that product.
When you’ve finished adding everything, click on “view cart” or the cart icon on the top right of your screen. Here you can make any changes to quantities, add a coupon code, or remove items. From this page click on “checkout” and checkout with your credit card (you will receive a confirmation email).

Q: Where do I find my referral code?
A: To find your referral code, login to your account and click on “referrals”. Click on “refer a friend here” and either:
1. enter your friends’ email addresses into the form and click send, or
2. click on “share via facebook – here you can either share to facebook
OR copy your code out of the text that pops up
(your code will look something like this: REFXBWA3GGHKM)
