Fondue Package

This package comes with three bricks of cheese. Blend the cheese together with your favourite base. Can use a light ale or white wine.

Easy fondue Recipe: Feeds four guests.

• 1 cup white wine
• 1 cup to 1.5 cups of mixed cheese shredded
• 1 to 2 tablespoons of cornstarch or flour
• Salt to taste
• pinch of nutmeg

* Helpful hint: Rub a clove of garlic in your sauce pan before!
