Great for snacking, toss the defrosted bag of Edamame Beans in 1 tbsp. olive oil, ¼ tsp. garlic powder and ¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese, spread on a baking sheet and roast in a hot oven (400°F) for 12 -15 mins.
