Baco noir’s wild berry and smoky notes are deftly handled at Henry of Pelham, where this grape has become a recognized specialty. Deep ruby red colour with purple hints; smoky, prune aromas with spice, floral and chocolate notes. Extra dry and medium-bodied with pronounced chokeberry flavours lingering on a smoky finish.
