Raw Creamed Honey is one of my favorite ways to eat honey. The creamy texture and the way the sweetness tastes as the marble like texture coats your tongue. There are not many things so sensual.

Use any where you would use liquid honey. The one great benefit is that it will not dribble off of your knife or spoon and run down your arm.

The process of creaming the honey is quite interesting. By introducing a starter into liquid honey and then storing it at the correct temperature for a few short weeks liquid honey will turn into smooth creamy honey.
