Rock Barren Bitters

These bitters are made with local Ontario cranberries, wildcrafted juniper and birch syrup are inspired by the gorgeous rock barren landscapes of east Muskoka. Made for the true gin fan they are great in any gin-based cocktail but also work well in a Manhattan or vodka based cocktails.

Ingredients: 40% alcohol extracts of Cranberry ***, Juniper**, Dandelion **, Blue Vervain**, Gentian *. Cranberry juice*, Birch syrup**

Add a dash of bitters (5-20 drops) to your favorite cocktail or in a bit of water before meals.

Recipe:

GRANITE MARTINI

• 1/2 oz dry vermouth
• 1 dropper Rock Barren Bitters
• Cranberry & Lemon peel for garnish
• Combine all ingredients other than lemon peel in shaker with ice. Shake well and pour into chilled martini glass. Twist peel over glass, skewer on cocktail pick and serve.
