A mix of aromatic spices and herbs used in classic Italian cooking – fennel, rosemary, parsley, celery seed, marjoram, oregano, coriander and mustard, Saturnalia adds authentic Italian flavour to all kinds of dishes and can be used as a substitute for Herbes de Provence.
